Tech Support Executive

Job Description
Position Summary
As Executive-Tech Support, he/she will be responsible for monitoring all systems in EA Mobile’s hosting facilities using established monitoring tools. These includes Firewall, Switches, load-balancers, IDP’s and servers. Analyze and Trouble shoot level one issues. Call up personnel assigned for the next level.
General requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering stream preferred.
Intermediate knowledge in Unix/Linux.
Intermediate knowledge of Windows 2003 server and Active Directory system.
§ Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly.
Ability to self-manage.
Good documentation skills.
