关于做好2021/2022学年中国政府奖学金生注册工作的通知

各学院（研究院）：

根据国家留学基金委关于做好2021/2022学年中国政府奖学金生注册工作的通知和我校实际工作安排，中国政府奖学金生必须按规定登陆中国政府奖学金来华留学管理系统（以下简称管理系统）完成注册操作后再由学校对其注册状态进行确认。

现将具体事项通知如下：

一、注册时间：

我校所有注册的中国政府奖学金生需于9月30日前登陆管理系统进行注册操作，具体操作指南附后。

二、有关要求

（一）学生在注册时应选择相应的授课方式，其中在境内的同学授课方式选择“线下”，在境外的同学授课方式选择“线上”。

（二）学生在注册时须对自己的信息进行核对，如果信息有误的，可写信至osao@xmu.edu.cn,

（三）2021级申请保留入学资格的奖学金生无需登陆系统进行操作，但必须按照学校规定完成保留入学资格的手续。

Notice on 2021/2022 AY Scholarship Registration of Chinese Government Scholarship Students

According to the latest notice from the CSC and work arrangements of the university, Chinese Government Scholarship students are required to register their scholarship in the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System. The university will later confirm their registration status in the system.

The details are as follows:

I. Registration Time

All Chinese Government Scholarship students who have finished registration in the university should log in the Information System and register their scholarship by Sept. 30. Please see attached the manual.

II. Requirements

1. Students should select method of courses when registering scholarship in the system. Students who are in Chinese mainland should select “offline” while those outside Chinese mainland should select “online”.

2. Students should check their information in the system. Students can write to osao@xmu.edu.cn if there is wrong information.

3. 2021 scholarship students who apply to defer the enrolment status do NOT need to log in the system but should complete relevant university formalities.
